What is healing energy?

Healing energy is your own true nature. Your nature is of pure light, the very light that created you and everything around you. This energy can heal.

So, is there an opposite, like an “unhealing energy” that can make people sick or angry?

All the time, the cosmic energy is all around you. When the ego is not there, this energy reaches your being making it a big ball of light. This creates the flow that connects you to the Universe. This is the energy that created your own existence.

If cosmic energy were to manifest in the Earth in its complete pureness, it would manifest in the feelings of joy and love. So, if you have ever felt one of them, you have already experienced what cosmic energy basically is.

And, once you are cosmic energy yourself,  you can also generate joy and love. So, the more you can generate these feelings in your daily life, the stronger will be that flow.

On the other side, sadness and anger are complete strangers for the cosmic energy. They are creations of the mind and its instincts. They rise when the mind becomes no more just an instrument to survive, but instead is used all the time to judge and to label everything.

The cosmic energy created the mind for you to make plans and decisions to survive, but if it can’t be left on the side, it creates feelings that will work like a wall between you and the Universe.

That’s because these feelings are going to weaken the flow that connects you both. And the flow becomes so thin that suddenly you stop being aware of your nature of joy and love. And then next, you find yourself in a bubble of unconsciousness.

The flow becomes like a rainbow with missing parts. So, that ball of light that is your being, starts to show spots of shadow on it. But this is just because the flow is weak and the light cannot reach everywhere. And these shadow spots are what people call the different sickness of the body and of the mind. 

And the only solution for eliminating shadow, is light. The shadow might be there, but it is no more than an illusion. The energy that is in the Universe and inside of every people can make darkness cease to exist at any moment. And just by being aware of that, energy healing has already begun.
